If your project is not successful enough at the beginning, try a discount or other marketing campaign to recover some costs when you decide to take it back. Generally speaking, vending machines are located in venues that basically cost rent, the exact amount varies from case to case, if it is open to the public and has a large flow of people, this is a better spot, such as shopping streets or malls, parks, airports, etc.. If the conditions of the location are not good, then I will set a minimum income in the contract, when the vending machine does not reach this minimum income in a certain period of time, then I can not pay or reduce a certain amount of rent.
