Product return policy:
(1) Within 7 days after the product is sold, a performance failure occurs, and consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair.
(2) Within 15 days after the product is sold, a performance failure occurs, and consumers can choose to replace or repair it.
After-sales service provided by our company
From the date of purchase, under normal use, if the product has quality problems, the whole machine is free of charge for one year, and the main components (mainboard, driver board, screen) are free of charge for two years.

2. Replacement service: If there is a quality problem caused by the manufacturer during the replacement period, the user can go to the dealer for free to replace it with a new one (the appearance is damaged for warranty treatment).
3. Warranty service: If there is a quality problem with the product during the warranty period, the user can go to the local after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service; if there is no local after-sales service center, the user can entrust the dealer to perform the warranty service.
4. Maintenance service: For products that are out of warranty period or excluded liability, if there is a quality problem, the user can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust the dealer to request maintenance service.
From the date of purchase by the user (subject to the invoice or valid sales voucher), failures occur during the warranty period and are tested by our authorized service center or repair station to confirm that they are normal use. Failure caused by the warranty is free.
Excluded Liabilities:
(1) No Three Guarantees Service Card, no valid sales voucher, and production date more than 1 year;
(2) The three guarantee service card or sales voucher is smeared or changed, and the product content stated in the three guarantee service card or sales voucher is inconsistent with the actual product;
(3) Man-made damage (for example, the user disassembles the machine, performs improper connection and use, connects to a power source with an inappropriate voltage, does not use according to the instructions, etc.);
(4) Damage caused by handling, falling and other accidents, and damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters;
(5) Repaired and modified by service units or individuals not authorized by the company;
(6) Quality problems are limited to performance failures, and do not include user's personal objections to sound quality, tone color, etc .;
(7) Natural aging, abrasion and consumption of consumable materials such as housings.
